Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your crew and their work. It’s in a whole different ballpark from the work of the previous roofing crew. Both Chris and I remember picking up roofing material remnants from the yard literally for years after the last job. Chris picked up many nails from the yard and had to repair the shingles where the nail gun had misfired and left tails protruding. Plantings and grass were damaged and trampled. In contrast, when I got home yesterday. I was initially disconcerted because it looked as if the crew hadn’t even been here (except on second look the driveway and the patio were cleaner than I had left them…). I had to go around back and see the new shingles to realize that any work had been done. And then I was surprised at how much had been done. That they even went “ above and beyond” by picking up a pile of branches from the driveway yesterday and bringing my garbage bin back from across the street yesterday didn't go unnoticed.
